Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping to selected countries from our base in the United Kingdom. This currently includes the UK, US, Canada, most of Europe, and several Crown dependencies. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You may still be responsible for local customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. For full details, please see our Duties and Free Shipping Information page.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: deliveries may take longer during peak seasons, adverse weather, strikes or due to customs delays outside our control.


3. Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive shipping and tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe above, please contact us at help@sanggolcomfort.com.
  • In some cases, missed deliveries may require:
    • a second delivery attempt; and/or
    • collection from a local delivery office, parcel shop or locker.

4. Missed, Failed or Refused Deliveries

We are not liable for missed or failed deliveries where this results from:

  • an incomplete, incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout;
  • restricted access to the delivery location (for example, gated premises without access instructions);
  • failure to rearrange delivery after a missed attempt; or
  • failure to collect from a designated pickup point or customs office within the carrier’s time limits.

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable due to address errors, or not collected from the delivery office or customs:

  • the carrier may return the parcel to us, or in some cases treat it as abandoned (see below);
  • return transit times can be lengthy and are outside our control.

Parcels Returned to Us

  • Returned parcels will be held for up to 30 days from the date we receive them.
  • You must contact us within this timeframe with your preferred resolution (reshipment or refund).
  • If you request a reshipment:
    • a new shipping fee must be paid before dispatch, even if the original order qualified for “free shipping”;
    • we may ask you to confirm or correct your address before resending.
  • If you request a refund, this will be handled under our Returns & Refund Policy and may include deductions for:
    • the original shipping cost (including where a “free shipping” promotion was applied but a real shipping cost was incurred by us);
    • any return shipping or carrier return fees charged to us; and
    • any applicable restocking or processing fees as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • If no contact is made within 30 days of the parcel returning to us, it will be treated as abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Parcels Not Returned (Abandoned by Carrier or Customs)

  • If the carrier’s return fee is greater than the value of the goods, or local regulations prevent return, the parcel may be destroyed or abandoned by the carrier or customs.
  • In these cases, as the goods do not come back to us, no refund or replacement will be due.

5. International Duties, Taxes & Customs

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to release the parcel.

  • United Kingdom: VAT is included in the price. No import duties apply for UK deliveries.
  • United States: Sales tax may apply depending on state. Most small consumer parcels are duty-free, but local rules vary.
  • Canada: Provincial and federal taxes may apply. Duties typically do not apply to many consumer goods under certain value thresholds.
  • Europe: VAT and duties may apply depending on the value of the order and country-specific import rules.

Please note:

  • Any duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or handling charges are non-refundable, as they are not collected by Sanggol® / ThreeTy Ltd.
  • Failure to pay these charges or respond to customs notifications can result in the parcel being returned or abandoned, as described above.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including any building, floor, unit or access details needed by the courier;
  • Monitor tracking updates and any messages from the carrier or customs;
  • Arrange redelivery or collection promptly after a missed delivery attempt; and
  • Pay any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees required for your parcel to be released.

Our obligation is to dispatch your order to the address provided. We are not liable where delivery fails or is delayed due to address errors, non-collection, customs refusal, or non-payment of duties and taxes.


7. Returns & Refunds

This Shipping & Delivery Policy should be read together with our Returns & Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions of Sale. Where there is any conflict, your statutory rights under UK consumer law will always apply.
