3.0 Tracking & Notifications

  • Missed deliveries may require a second attempt or collection from a local delivery point.

4.0 Missed Deliveries

We are not liable for missed deliveries due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address
  • Restricted access to delivery location
  • Failure to collect from a designated point

Parcels returned to us may incur a re-delivery fee.


5.0 International Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to release the parcel.

Unclaimed / Refused International Deliveries
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or not collected from customs, it will usually be returned to us by the carrier.

Once returned, we will:

• Deduct the original shipping cost,
Deduct the return shipping or carrier return fee charged to us, and
Refund the remaining balance of the order.

If the return shipping fee is greater than the value of the goods, the parcel may be abandoned by the carrier and no refund will be issued.

We strongly encourage customers to track their orders and contact their local customs office promptly for clearance.

Reshipping Requests
If you would like us to resend the returned order, a new shipping fee must be paid before dispatch.


6.0 Taxes and Duties

  • United Kingdom: VAT is included. No duties apply.
  • United States: Sales tax may apply by state. Most orders are duty-free.
  • Canada: Provincial taxes may apply. Duties typically do not apply to consumer goods.
