Our 24-Month Extended Warranty for Members

Extended Warranty Coverage

Threety Ltd – Sanggolcomfort.com ("Extended Warranty Provider") hereby warrants that the body pillow and pillow cover ("Product") shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.


Our 14-day return policy is accessible to all customers. However, this Extended Warranty is exclusively offered to our registered customers | Subscribers, referred to as "Members." It remains valid solely for the initial purchaser of the Product and is not transferable.

Warranty Benefits

During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the Product, Warranty Provider will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product, or provide a refund for the original purchase price.


This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, alteration, commercial use, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic issues that do not affect the Product's functionality.

Damage caused by washing the Product in a manner not specified in the care instructions is not covered.

The claimant must be a member when item was purchased and at the time of the claim

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim the customer must contact us by leaving a message on our contact us page or email us at help@sanggolcomfort.com. The customer must be registered with us at the time of purchase and must continue to be a member including, at the time of the claim. 

The customer must provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue including photographs, and any requested documentation.

We may request that the customer return the defective Product for inspection. If requested, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the Product to Warranty Provider.

Warranty Resolution

If we determine that the defect is covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the Product at no cost to the customer. If a replacement is provided, the warranty period does not reset, and it continues from the original purchase date.

If the Product is no longer available or is discontinued, we may replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on www.sanggolcomfort.com.
