We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to Europe and North America. For the rest of the world, shipping charges will apply. We deliver to customers globally and aim to process your order within 24-48 hours after it has been placed.
1.0 Shipping Charges and Timing
UK Domestic (Including Isle of Wight)
All orders shipped within the UK, including the Isle of Wight, are shipped free of charge. Your delivery should arrive within 2 to 10 working days.
EU Zone 1 (Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany)
Shipping to these countries is free. Your order should arrive within 5 to 10 working days.
EU Zone 2 (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Denmark)
Shipping to these countries is free. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 10 working days.
EU Zone 3 (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia)
Shipping is free. You can expect delivery within 3 to 15 working days.
EU Zone 4 (Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta)
Shipping to these countries is free. Delivery may take between 3 to 15 working days due to logistical challenges in some regions, particularly for island nations.
North America (United States and Canada)
Shipping to the United States and Canada is free. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 15 working days. Please allow extra time for remote areas or during busy periods.
Rest of the World
For countries outside Europe and North America, shipping charges will apply. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. Delivery times may vary, but your item should arrive within up to 20 working days, depending on your location.
2.0 General Shipping Information
- If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or if you have any concerns, please contact us at help@sanggolcomfort.com. You can also reply to any order message we send.
- We will send you updates on your order through our automated system. Please contact us if you do not receive updates.
- If we attempt delivery and no one is available to receive your item, a second delivery attempt will be made. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, you may be required to collect your parcel from a nearby delivery centre.
3.0 Missed Deliveries
We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Access issues at the delivery location.
- Failure to collect the item from the delivery centre within the specified time.
If your parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for return delivery costs or any additional redelivery charges.

4.0 Duty and Tax Information
For some European and North American countries, additional taxes and duties may apply to your order upon arrival.
For orders shipped to the European Union or North America, taxes and duties are applied depending on the value of your order and the country it’s being shipped to and the state. For most European countries, if your order is below €150, including shipping, you won’t be charged any VAT or customs duties. For North America, local sales taxes may apply depending on the state or province.
